Visiting Adult Care in your area
At De Vere Care Partnership we provide care support you in your home with regular visits from a small team of carers as frequently as you require. Visits can start from 30 minutes a week through to longer ‘sit’ sessions that may cover a few hours in the day or through the night.

Live-in Adult Care in your area
At De Vere Care Partnership we provide a live-in carer which can make such a difference to your life and or your loved ones life.
Enabling you / them to live life on your terms and retain your independence. Remaining in your own home means you can stay with partners, family, pets and in touch with your local community.
Whether you simply require someone to keep you company, or if you need round-the-clock care, we’ll put together a unique care package along with a specially selected De Vere Care Partnership carer.
- Accompanying clients to activities or appointments
- Identifying areas of personal interests and linking in with the local community
- Support to enjoy favourite pastimes/hobbies and activities
- Engaging clients to participate in the home environment
- Providing support and accompanying clients to local events, or to see friends and family
- Supporting other professionals, such as occupational therapists and physiotherapists with exercise and rehabilitation plans

By offering a 24hr bespoke care service, it creates another person in the house giving you or your family member more home secruity as well as knowing there is someone always on hand to help with any physical mobile needs.

At De Vere Care Partnership we offer a unique and professional "care" food service to all our customers. By offering a cooked or prepared food we can offer a healtheir diet than you might of or your family member might of been eating previously.
We can also create a bespoke weekly menu for you or your family memeber

At De Vere Care Partnership we offer a unique and professional "care" service to all our customers. By offering an in-house cleaning care service for you or your family member it then creates a home that is hygienic and a healthly place for you or family memeber to live and eat in.

At De Vere Care Partnership we offer a unique and professional "care" service to all our customers. By offering you or your family member the option to accompany them on an outside venture. This will keep you or your family member more actitive, healthier esp with fresh air and the chance to get out of the house and go for a little adventure - from a walk in the park to a trip into town - we are with you every step of the way.
